I always wanted to be a performer since I was very young. As someone with very limited social skills, it was my way of communicating and expressing myself appropriately. Being able to entertain others may always be how I connect with the rest of the world.
I literally stumbled on a guitar in my basement at the age of 12, and started teaching myself how to play. I started with simple pop-punk tracks, and eventually worked my way up to more complicated songs. Once I started learning how to play classically, I had finally felt comfortable enough to perform in front of others. At the age of 16, I performed my first original song in front of several hundred people.
What started out as a hobby ended up becoming a side hustle, as I had become a semi-pro musician at the age of 25. Although I have slowed down quite a bit as a professional musician, I am still writing as much as I can, and I still love performing for audiences ready for a good time.
